The show recruited contestants to The Mix, a state-of-the-art culinary facility at Columbus State Community College, to compete across multiple challenges to determine their kitchen aptitude, culinary creativity, and business potential. Chef Logan McMahan cooked in a field of 8 chefs to find out who is the Top Vegan.
