Indianapolis Monthly featured our chef and co-owner Erin Kem (formerly of r Bistro and Cannon Ball Brewing Company) in an article when she moved to Nicole-Taylor’s to take chef responsibilities over from Tony Hanslits. The move was the start of the migration to Kem and Logan McMahan as owners of Nicole-Taylor’s.
