We’re thrilled to announce an exciting new chapter for one of Indy’s beloved establishments.
On Tuesday, January 21, 2025, Indianapolis will meet Corridor, the next evolution of Nicole-Taylor’s. This cherished local favorite will reopen after an extensive renovation with a fresh interior, an elevated dining experience, and an expanded market—while keeping the heart and quality (and pasta!) that made Nicole-Taylor’s iconic.
The visionaries behind Corridor, Chef Erin Kem and Chef Logan McMahan, bring their rich expertise and passion for Mediterranean cuisine to this transformation. While Nicole-Taylor’s was rooted in Italian flavors, Corridor will explore the Mediterranean region as a whole, blending Italian with other coastal influences for a bold and diverse culinary experience.
Lunch at Corridor will feature a seasonal selection of house-made pasta, signature sandwiches, and fresh salads. The much-loved Chef’s Table Dinners will continue, now enhanced by a renovated kitchen. Special dinners and weekend events will further add depth to our new offerings.
The Mediterranean Market at Corridor will carry on Nicole-Taylor’s legacy, offering classics like Rosa’s Tiramisu, Mimi’s Cookies, and popular take-home dishes such as lasagna and pizzas. Fans will also find new Mediterranean-inspired options to explore.
Nicole-Taylor’s Pasta, renowned as Indy’s premier fresh pasta producer, remains a cornerstone of our identity. Handcrafted pasta and sauces will continue to be available in our dishes at the restaurant, in our Market and local farmers’ markets, at select retail outlets, and at restaurants across the city, ensuring the Nicole-Taylor’s tradition lives on.
To prepare for this exciting transition, Nicole-Taylor’s will close for an extended holiday break starting December 24. We can’t wait to welcome you to Corridor in January and invite you to join us as we embark on this exciting new journey together!
